1. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within a 20-mile radius of the stores listed on our Schedule Pickup page. Right now, we are focused on serving the Oxnard, CA area. This helps us guarantee fast and reliable service. We plan to scale to more locations soon — stay tuned.

 

2. How much does delivery cost?

Our flat rate for standard pickups and deliveries is $10 per order within the 20-mile service area.
Specialty deliveries (like medical, documents, personal packages) may vary based on future business contracts or agreements. For now, standard orders are all at our flat rate.

 

3. Do you deliver large items like TVs, couches, etc.?

Not at this time. We currently deliver items that fit in a mid-sized vehicle. In the near future (within the next few months), we plan to offer delivery for larger items.

 

4. How do I schedule a pickup?

Click the Schedule Pickup tab, select your preferred store, enter your delivery details, and choose your time. Boom — you’re booked.

 

5. What stores can I schedule pickups from?

Right now, we’re focusing on Walmart Supercenter in Oxnard. More locations and partner stores are on the way — keep an eye out for updates!

 

6. Do you shop for groceries or packages?

Nope. We’re a courier service, not a personal shopper. Your order must be prepaid and ready for pickup — we just grab it and bring it straight to your door.

 

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

At this time, we do not allow cancellations or rescheduling once your order is placed. Please double-check your order and pickup time before confirming. No refunds.

 

8. How will I know when my order is delivered?

You’ll get a photo confirmation sent to your preferred phone number and email as soon as your delivery arrives.

 

9. Can I provide special instructions?

Yes. Include any gate codes, apartment numbers, or drop-off notes when you schedule your pickup. This helps your driver complete the delivery smoothly and without delays.

 

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout system.

 

11. Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We only collect the info needed to complete your delivery (name, contact, address). Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.

12. Are tips required?

Tips aren’t required — but they are always appreciated.
After delivery, you’ll receive a QR code that allows you to tip via Cash App or Venmo. Cash tips are also welcome.

 

13. What if my order is late or lost?

Deliveries are expected to arrive within 30 minutes to 1.5 hours from the scheduled pickup time, depending on order volume.
Your order will not be lost. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll investigate and resolve it — but refunds are not offered at this time.

 

14. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — we offer same-day delivery between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

 

15. Can I track my delivery in real time?

Not yet. Right now, we provide photo confirmation when the delivery is complete. In the near future, we plan to offer real-time tracking.

 

16. Do you have an app?

Not yet — but it’s coming. We’ll be launching an app soon for both Apple Store and Google Play. Until then, all scheduling happens right here on our site.

 

17. Can I sign up to be a driver?

Yes — soon! Delivery network opportunities will be available in the near future. Keep checking back for updates.
