How It Works - 5 Easy Steps
Step 1: Place Your Grocery Order
Order from one of our partner stores. Please check the Schedule Pickup tab to see which stores we’re currently serving.
Step 2: Save Your Order Confirmation
Take a screenshot or photo of your order confirmation, QR code, or pickup number. If you prefer, write your confirmation number on paper and snap a clear picture.
Step 3: Schedule Your Pickup
Return to our website and go to the Schedule Pickup tab. Select the store you ordered from.
Step 4: Choose Your Pickup Time & Enter Info
Pick a convenient pickup time slot. Then fill out your delivery information, upload your order confirmation screenshot or photo, and provide your full name and contact details — everything we need to pick up your order smoothly.
Step 5: Pay & Wait for Your Delivery
Double-check all the details, complete your payment, and relax! Your order will arrive at your door within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup time*. You’ll receive a photo confirmation sent to your preferred phone number and email.
